I do not post negative reviews unless I absolutely have to. We live 30 minutes away from this dealership and still chose to drive all the way up there because we have had such horrible issues with the Jeep dealership in my area. My family received an ad in the mail that said I could win a prize. If I matched the cards, I did a d everything lined up with a 70" TV and instead I got a no name smartwatch. This is the fourth time a Lustine dealership has disappointed me. Avoid at all cost.
The event that I want to share with you took place on February 29, 2020. Prior to my visit to Lustine Dodge dealership I inquired about 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye wide body(MSRP$88000) via email. A sales person by name Nicolas Castro responded to my inquiry. We exchanged several emails back and forth where I clarified to the sales person an exact make and model that I was interested in.
