In/out within 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation and was offered next two services for free. What a deal, 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m 50/50 with them . They have friendly staff . There was some miscommunication on the phone with the time of my appointment so I was late to work . Thanks for your service anyway

Hello Nicole, when your husband brought the jeep in for service he stated that he put stop leak a month prior to fix the coolant leak. The jeep has extended warranty through Jeep and they sent a 3rd party inspector out and confirmed that the cooling system failed due to outside influence (stop leak). I apologize you had a negative experience but we have to follow the guidelines for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram factory and extended warranties. Terrible customer service. Fish and bait advertizing. Sales person told me internet price don't mean shi...! Charging delivery for use cars! And then the can take it off... big lie... I live in Woodbridge, a mile from Lustine. Had to drive all the way to koons jeep in Tyson's corner and paid the internet price I saw plus $900 process fee that was it and of course tags and tax no hidden fees. Ended up buying two cars in one day for me and my son. Great sales person Mark Bell and manager Hussein Farzad. I will go back to them ... read more

Messed up our loan several times, still sent the wrong loan amount to the bank. You can never get ahold of them and they have been nothing but problems from the beginning. It’s been 2 months and we call about every week or 2 weeks with issues and following up because they are not good as following through with their job. An overall awful experience and the worst part is, we are still dealing with it.
