Just stay away from these people. I've bought 4 vehicles from here over the years and all was well....until the last one. All was good until a couple weeks passed and they pulled the old yo-yo financing on me. I reluctantly went and signed new papers and thought all was good. Then I find out that they haven't paid the finance company for my trade in. Mind you it was traded in on August 25th and it is now October 7th. Make sure you double check the cars.com listing first. I just found out I leased it for $7,000 more than it was listed for. They will not let you leave. As soon as they got my key for the trade in inspection, they did not want to return it until I agreed to their price. Very aggressive sales tactics.
Overall great service, everyone I interacted with was very professional and knowledgeable. I took my car in for some maintenance Rashad got my information, checked my car in very quickly and I didn’t have to wait on anything. Rashad updated me on everything that was going to take place and what needed to be fixed. This is the second time bringing my car in for service and I haven’t been disappointed with anything.

As a person that works in the same industry, I have never ran into the most dishonest finance department. As a finance director for a local dealership it just baffles me how a payment changes from what was agreed upon on the sales floor and it skyrocketed over $100 when it’s all said it done. It just doesn’t make any sense to me how they can take advantage of a young women that’s been sitting at the dealership for over 5 hours, fully knowing that she is a college student and can’t go past a certain budget. UPDATE: I brought my Jeep in and got new tires and alignment. Drove it home the next day and the steering wheel was turned several degrees to the left. Brought it back and they had it for 2 days and “fixed” the alignment. Came in to pick it up, started to drive home and now it is pulling/drifting to the right. The number of hours I’ve spent waiting for them to fix what they still aren’t getting right is ridiculous.
