Don't ever buy from Lowe's. Delivery is awful. Called to tell me they will arrive 5 hours before appointment or cannot deliver. Ordered washer, dryer and fridge. Arrived with only washer and fridge. Won't even install washer, even after specifically ordered installation. I returned to complain to store manager. Mark can't even refund my money "until truck driver returns all the items," as though a customer has to guarantee the safe return of items by their delivery company. Never again buy from them ever.

Ordered a freezer on sale online. Order got cancelled a few days later that item is not in stock, even though it is still offered for sale on line for a higher price now and an in stock status. Bad customer service.

understaffed and undertrained. 3 days trying to determine the status of an order only to find out it had been returned to the vendor without me every being notified. 3 times I was told I would get a return call, never happened.

Had a glass sliding door installed 5/8/19 & paid for Windstorm Certificate. Called several times, checking on it. As of 3-12-20, still no certificate. Checked with TDI and they have no record of one even being applied for. Called Lowe's manager, then corporate. Finally had a call back with promises that everything is ok and door is covered by windstorm, but still no proof! Left another message today. Very frustrating!!!

Terrible service and product. Beyond the initial SALE they don't CARE about you! Their extended warranties are QUITE the song and dance. AVOID shopping at Lowes. Their management is a JOKE. They will argue with you. Insult you. Condescend you. They will make you feel like a liar. It is AWFUL. They know all the right things to say. They will hang up on you! i have been battling it out between Lowes and Mohawk for over 6 months at this point and still have not gotten a resolution. I had purchased PergoMax flooring in my living room and it supposedly has a lifetime warranty. After a year an a half, it started having bubbling issues between slats due to cleaning cat puke off the floor. We also purchased the best Gold Under Lament to protect from moisture. hired lowes do fix my roof a few months back. the roof job did not go smoothly; and now this 2 day drywall job is on day 3 - the crew did not show up "bright and early" - and won't be here till tomorrow. called the sales rep to tell i was unhappy. and he got belligerent and hung up on me. lousy customer service. two jobs in a row that did not go well. they will not get any more of my business.

I had a horrible experience from Lowe trying to get one working fridge into my home. After a sub-contractor of Lowes (DSI Logistics) dropped off a defective fridge, I had to fight to get a replacement delivered with the fridge being out of stock, and then eventually out of production within a 2 week period of time. After numerous phones calls between the Lowes and DSI, I eventually just cancelled the replacement order and had them pick up the defective fridge and even that was a stressful situation mostly due to Lowe's poor ... read more

Never buy kitchen cabinets from Lowe's! We have had the worst experience. Zero customer service. We bought over $8000 of KraftMaid kitchen cabinets from the Lowe's in Savannah, GA. When the cabinets were delivered two of them were missing from the delivery. Of course, the delivery guys said, "Not my problem, that's what was on the truck." After literally hours on the phone with the delivery company and Lowe's, the missing cabinets could not be located. We were told that KraftMaid would have to remake the cabinets.
