II had Carpet installed 22 months ago by All about Floors, it is out of their warranty, LOWED and All about floor will not even give me the courtesy to come to look at it.. I need HELP now And I need to tell you a lot more

I have been battling withLowes and their extended warranty program through A&E for a month now. When the repairman came he was very uneducated on dishwashers my husband had to help him figure it out. Plus the repairman said my husband could just put the parts in himself. I purchased the extended warranty, we should not be expected to do the work ourselves! He said he would order parts but no one can give me proof parts were ordered, in fact the original service ticket was deleted, but I have a copy of it. They don't care tho... read more

I bought a washing machine on Friday, 2/28/2020. When I got home and took it out of the box, it was severely damaged. When speaking with their rude customer service, they transferred me back to the store. I spoke with the manager, George, who implied that we broke the machine even though they loaded it on the truck and damage was to the top of the machine. He did agree to replace it and was supposed to deliver it on Monday. They ended up not having it and said they would deliver it on Tuesday. On that day, they accidentally ... read more

I could not believe what my wife and I were hearing. We bought a washer dryer combo on Special from the store on 14th street. We were still under construction with our house so we stored it for 35 days. As soon as we started up the dryer a terrible noise and burning came out of it. I thought maybe there was a wedge put in place for delivery. That was not the case. Lowe's said 30 day return policy call GE That alone did not set well with me as I just spent $10,000.00 at this store. GE sent a repair man, we are still waiting f... read more

Starts ignoring calls and emails because THEY are done not because you are happy or satisfied with the service/product. It's a waste of time to even TRY to negotiate with them. We had problems with Pergo flooring and installation by Service Pros. Service Pros is another BBB complaint.

I ordered custom cabinets the 1st week of December 2019. I have had multiple issues from paying for the cabinets to this day having the cabinets completely installed. I was told today it would be the middle of this month (March). I paid thousands of dollars for their service and have not been informed unless I initiate the call. I have dealt with the managers, corporate office, and the installation company and get no where. I am furious that they don't mind taking my money but won't correct their mistakes and after this long... read more

Don't ever use Lowes promotional no interest for a year. They will try to scam you. They put their no interest items on the same credit card account as when you purchase other items that are not part of the promotion, then if it's the entire balance is not paid off in full they say you have to pay the interest. This happened to me twice in the first 3 months of a no interest promotion for year. They were trying to charge me interest on the appliances I bought that were not supposed to have interest on them for 12 months. Thi... read more

lowes of **************** is the worst. unfriendly workers that avoid you if you look like you need help,[will turn and walk the other way ].bought all my appliances there and half were damaged.just tried to buy a gas range[never anyone working appliances]first one came in with two dime size chips[not from shipping but packaged that way]had to bring back.after reordering[again not with help from appliance person]second range can in with big dent in side and top , after seeing all associates left the area. finally after over ... read more
