TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! I WISH I HAD STICK TO MY GE REFRIGERATOR...I was happy at first when I purchase my refrigerator in March 19, 2019 soon be 1yr only because of the looks is so beautiful and different from what I've ever seen. I wish they had the 5 door refrigerator in GE Brand. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOWES : Had a dryer delivered today and they told us we didn't need the new hose when my husband got home he went down to look at it the old hose had a hole in it... Will NEVER order from Lowes again called and they said well its delivery not Lowes - Now I have a great new dryer - BUT I CANNOT USE IT!!!!! Cannot get the new hose on shocking guess that's why the delivery people told us we didn't need it. LOWES come and get your DRYER!

This review is for both Lowe's and Ultimate Home Services (which does not exist on BBB). I went into Lowe's to purchase natural stone for an accent wall in the living room. I spoke to numerous sales representatives about my project over the course of several weeks. I selected the stone and scheduled a measurement with UHS. UHS measured the wall and submitted a square footage over 25% greater than the actual measured area. Lowes became terrible with anything they need to install. My recent experience with double oven installation project was overwhelmed with mistakes and miscommunications between Lowes and installation contractor, causing initially a month long delay, and subsequently cancellation of the project a day before delivery date, due to a call from installer who pretended he never agreed to the installation price that Lowes quoted. DO NOT EVER ORDER CARPET FROM LOWES. Its process is lazy and inefficient. Guy comes thru for 15 minutes to do measurements at 1 pm. Doesn't turn work in till next day, takes a 10 days to do calculations for the measurement. After that, the wait will kill you. Its taking 35 days from the date of calculations to put in carpet. There process is terrible at best, when your in the store nobody is available for help and not knowledgeable. DO NOT EVER ORDER CARPET FROM LOWES

The company sells new snowblowers online but then tries to deliver used and open box items. Clear bait and switch trying to scam your online buyers. The *********** location has done this twice to me and is extremely rude because I won't accept a open box/used item when I have purchased a new item at full price.

I recently had Lowes in ************ *** install carpet in my home. During the installation the installers pried up on one of the interior door frames to get the carpet under it. They forced the frame up and out so far that the door would no longer latch and you could see a gap between the door and the frame. Lowes sent someone out to look at the door and after pushing, pulling and prying (I never did see a level or square) they determined the door was installed wrong. Lowe's replaced my roof. The contracted company 'Ozark installation' workers threw all old roofing on the back deck. The weight caused a portion of the deck to collapse. Lowe's states they are not responsible to fix the deck and told me to contact ozark installations. The owner of the company will not return my phone calls or text. Last year, Lowe's built my fence which is already warped. Again, I was told not their fault. Bought a refrigerator and washing machine plus lawn care items.
