Lowe's does not deserve A+ rating ! I bought something online (received confirmation and delivery date) then they claim to run out of stock, but the product is available on their web site. Bait and catch business model ? Customer service employee id ******* is the most arrogant and clueless person I got to speak with ever.

On two different occasions we ordered an appliance from Lowes online . Our refrigerator never showed up. They said there was an issue with the vendor, but it took several months for them to tell us that. Our combination washer/dryer was a much bigger issue. We ordered online after we were unable to find any in stock. DO NOT BUY CHRISTMAS OR HOLIDAY ITEMS FROM LOWES! They sell defective merchandise and will not do anything to make it right. We bought an item on December 24th that ended up being defective. No problem we can return it right?!? Wrong!!! We did not make it there on the 26th, so now we are stuck with a yard decoration that is supposed to light up and does not. We called customer service and were told they were there to support the stores not the customers.

I ordered windows for our great room at the beginning of September. It was a special order for very large windows, and we were told it would take a minimum of 6 weeks for the windows to be manufactured. When a Lowe's sales person tells a customer they will not be satisfied until the you are satisfied, it is a lie! They contract their installation jobs out to incompetent people who usually aren't with them more than a few months! At least that is what happened to me. They pass the buck onto the manufacturer and leave the customer out to dry.
