I think this company would rather sell $35 measurements than appliances. I went in for a dishwasher, waited about 20 minutes for one of the only 2 people in the department to "help" me out, only to find out that they actually knew as much or less than they did. After settling on a dishwasher based on online reviews I researched on my own, I was told that first I would need to pay $35 for someone to come out in "the next day or two" to measure. DO NOT buy flooring from Lowe's in SWFL! I'd leave negative star review, if possible. Store 2221 uses a terrible vendor (FIS) and will side with the vendor before their paying customers. It took this vendor 8 different estimates to get our measurements right (so we thought) and then once the laminate flooring was at our new home, the vendor refused to install the laminate flooring. On Friday, the installer and the installation manager told me we did not have enough materials for the job. Not my problem... they had 8 chances ... read more

I purchased an AO Smith hot water heater from this Lowe's on January 25, 2020 and had it installed by a professional. The unit has a 6 year warranty and when it stopped working after only 21 days I contacted the manufacturer as it states on the unit. After several attempts by me and my installer for a week with no return calls I finally called Lowe's and told them what was going on. I purchased a ******* welder from lowes, verified that it was in store on the website then drove 20 minutes out of my way to go pick it up. Upon arrival I asked an associate for help, 1 associate turned into 3 different associate's which was nice that they were trying, turns out someone had stolen the welder from the store 2-3 weeks prior to my arrival they just didn't update it in the system. I will give credit they did call around to other stores and help find another one and put a hold on it for me. I drove 35 more minute... read more

We got the Lowe's credit card for the deferred interest. You have to call each month to tell the company Lowe's uses to tell them how you want your money allocated. They don't necessarily pay on the account which will start accumulating interest first. I have 4 accounts on my card and three have deferred interest. What a headache. Also, the 84 months at 8.99% interest they charged me the 20.00 in interest before it was even posted to my account for the first month. I got a new washer, dryer and refrigerator delivered to my brand new, just built house by Lowe's. The drivers they sent were not properly trained and tried to bring the refrigerator up a flight of stairs with the doors on. The walls in my stairwell were destroyed - deep gouges, scratches and marks on the walls. When I called I was assured that someone would contact me and it would be taken care of but that never happened. Heart breaking to buy a new house and have the main entrance so damaged.

Terrible service!! I purchased a refrigerator from the local store at 2900 Martins Dr West Carrollton, OH 45449 on 2/8/2020 to be delivered tomorrow (2/18/2020). I called today to confirm that delivery and found that 1) they had no order under my phone number and 2) they did not have a refrigerator to deliver. Of course, they have already processed the charge on my credit card. I spoke to a manager who told me it would be about two months to get what I purchased.
