I recently spent a large amount of money on a total of 6 home appliances. The delivery was atrocious with multiple times and days given and no appliances arrived. Also, we ordered a fridge that was canceled without notification. Reaching out to Lowe's was a nightmare and we never received any satisfactory help.

Lowes appliance team is the WORST. I bought a washer and dryer set there, bought the extended warranty, then my washer broke. I had a repair company come out within 1 day to determine the problem. They found out it was the pump, then they ordered a new one. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. So in the middle of a global pandemic, I am forced to work so I can't get into the laundromat to wash laundry. I have to have my fiance come home early from work and risk losing his job so he can go wash laundry and risk bringing the virus back ... read more

Ordered Bam-Decking online via Lowes web site. After waiting 12 Days I called . Two days later a recording said to call the store. Store told me I needed to come in in order for them to pull my order out of the receiving dock area and they could not bring it to the pick-up area because it was to full. My feeling told me this store needed new management and a complete overhaul of its employees and attitude. Not everything can be blamed on COVID19. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes that I had to return (had a crack in the side wall). The return was smooth and because I returned within my 30 days of purchase, I was supposed to receive full refund. I returned the dishwasher on March 9th 2020. Today is April 13th and I still have not been refunded. When I contact the store, they have said it is out of their hands and my bank needs to deal with it. I have to now file a dispute with my bank in hopes to get this money back! Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm messaging you because I literally have no other option, just looking for my problem to be resolved. So I purchased a blower about 13 months ago.The pull string broke and I took it to Lowe's within my "2 year extended warranty" expecting it to be exchanged much like I've had products done easily before. My parents have a warranty plan for their fridge that they purchased through Lowe's. The freezer stopped cooling and a company was sent out to repair it. After a few days and replacing a part in the ice maker, we were told that the issue was fixed. The freezer stopped working completely. A second call was placed to have the same company look at the issue and they checked the frion. Horrible!! Never again will I go in this store.purchased a whirlpool washer and an extended warranty, what a joke, this has been going on since 2-20-20,the customer service or repairmen do not know what they are doing, it's been a nightmare. They do nothing but play games!!!! And still as of today 4-7-20,I do not have a working washer. After 4 attempts and 2 no shows. Horrible way to do business.

Terrible Customer Sales Person!! I just got my Generac installed today 4-3-20 and I'm not very happy. The salesman first of all when he talk to me about the Generator he said it was quiet, and much quieter than my a/c unit and my a/c unit is way quieter you can't even hear it; this Generac is not quiet at All! It made a lot of noise that my neighbor came to ask me if it was going to be on all day..she said it was too loud and annoying. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I canceled an order with Lowes 3/22/2020. This is 4/3/2020 and I still have not gotten my money ($3466.15) back in my bank account. It took them 5 seconds to take the cash via debit card but they can't get it back in a timely manner. Their customer service and managers are rude and unhelpful. I will never do business with lowes again.
