I am a very loyal customer and I have a Lowes CC. We recently purchased a new house and because of the Covid 19 pandemic I decided to order moving supplies online and have it delivered because they said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days, that's fine this was March 23rd and we weren't moving until April 27th or so. But a week and a half goes by and I receive a notice stating that I would not be received until the middle of April, which is so late to just start packing. Will never buy on terms again. We purchased a washing machine on a 12-month no interest. It was impossible to pay my minimum payment, then pay extra on the no-interest balance. They ALWAYS put the entire amount on the total bill. This way, there seemed to be absolutely no way to pay off the interest free balance before it converted to an interest accumulating item. Lowe's said if I got a certain amount of money when I was shopping online I'd get free shipping. I spent about $60 and then got a notification for pick up!? At pick up, the items weren't right and only got about $12 of merchandise I had ordered. Then another week or so later I get another email that pickup for one item was ready. Waited in line 30 minutes, another 30 minutes for associates to try to find the item in the store (it was in fact NOT ready for pickup). Then I learn they don't even have it! We spent $1700 for a new washer and dryer. The delivery was supposed to come with a hook-up of our new appliances with the amount of money we spent. Instead, the men just dumped them in our room (while complaining the whole time). We paid extra to have our old appliances hauled away, and they were also complaining that our older appliances were too heavy. Needless to say, I will be buying my appliances elsewhere in the near future for better service. At least the appliances were delivered carefully which is why I rated a 2 s... read more

Lowes advertises $349 Char-Broil grill for days/weeks on SALE for $98.70, but never has any in stock for shipment or delivery and won't offer of fair alternative bargain on a grill of equal or greater vaule. They have left it advertised even after I called an pointed it out to them and they would not offer me a similar bargain. Instead, they insist on continuing to advertise a great bargain that they have no ability or willingness to honor. Sounds like a potential bait and switch or false advertising issue. Buyer beware.

I'M REMOLDING MY KITCHEN AND SOMEONE TOLD ME TO GO TO LOWES, WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS. I WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. TOO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS REALLY READ IT. TRY TO CALL THEN THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK, TRY TO TALK TO A MANAGER AT THE STORE HE WILL NOT COME UP TO TALK TO YOU SENDS HIS ASST. I had always thought Lowe's was a great home improvement store, and while they may have plenty of satisfied customers I'm not one of them. I ordered a basketball hoop for my kids on March 30th hoping to replicate some of the activity they got while attending school that's been cancelled for COVID-19. I received a confirmation on my order and then the shipping date came and went. Lowe's had an item online for a certain price, and they would not honor that price. Nor would they offer any way to correct or help me get something comparable. Absolutely no customer service provided.

Today is 4/18/2020 and since 9 .30 am I am on the phone with Lowes and now it is 2.44pm and Iam still being helped Spent more than 5 hours already on the phone with Customer service (3 times) and Service Advantage( 2 times) and still on the phone.
