Regarding the ********** store and Lowe's Canada Corporate Office I purchased an item online through curbside pick up, it wasn't what we anticipated. I attempted to return through the online return, waited a week and never received an email from lowes with a pick up label. Because of Covid-19, I appreciate that that they were slower to accept returns In-store. I saw the website yesterday that they started accepting in store returns. This item was not delivered. In fact i would like to file a complaint. I purchase thousands of dollars on Order # XXXXXXXXX, I waited 2 weeks and then was told the delivery would arrive today between 1230pm and 4pm. I received a call at 12:53 saying the truck was delayed and my new window is for 2:30-6pm. Ok Fine!!!. At 430 I get a call that my refrigerator is on a flat bed and they cant deliver it, along with my pallet of bricks. What are you new at deliveries? Is this Lowe's first time? I placed an order with you all and you took a week to pull the payment out my acct. Which delayed delivery of my dryer. Then I called in and made the payment over the phone and confirmed. My delivery for the 20th to only get a email stating that y'all cancelled my order because of out of stock which was such an inconvenience to me and my family. Know I'm still without a dryer and having to go to a laundry mat.

I placed an online order on 5/7, the shipping said it would arrive 5/12, the item I ordered was to make a gift for a birthday, and to practice for another birthday and Father's Day gift. It is now 5/19 and I've yet to receive the item, it has only been marked as labeled, I've spoke with to customer service reps, one told me last week, if I hadn't received it by next week, to call in and they would refund my money. I purchased a washer & dryer from a Las Vegas, NV Lowe's in November 2019. It took months for me to finally get the rebate I was due. I wrote a detailed letter describing the ordeal, hoping Lowe's would be eager to hear about my experience so they could improve their processes. That turned out not to be the case. Bought a cultivator and used it once. Never started after the first use after being in quarantine for 14 days as I was exposed to COVID-19 I tried to return for an exchange. The lady at the Bartlesville, OK Lowe's location which is where it was purchased was very rude saying it was passed the 30 days by less then 5 days at the time. However you look at Lowe's website and it says 60 days as well as returns and exchanges have been extended due to COVID-19. Terrible customer service. Low end products. Nothing but problems with products purchased.,Over $4000 of appliances and window coverings purchased. Have had continual problems with the appliances.

I placed an in store order for delivery at a price of $1,941.44. It was supposed to be delivered on 05/07/2020. The delivery never came, by 6:30pm I went to the store and spoke to the manager of deliveries, he said I would get 10% off purchase and my $69 delivery fee back. He also told my husband and I we would be 1st delivery of the following Sunday the 10th, The delivery did not show up until around 3:30 pm. I still have not received my refund for delivery or the 10% off my purchase. I have called the store several times o... read more

I bought my Maytag Bravo MTC back in October 2019, It work for 90 days and then stop rinsing. When I called Lowe's I was told it has past the 90 days to call the manufacture "Maytag." They did come the technician factory reset the washer and it worked for another 60 days and the same trouble showed up, stop on rinsing. I've ran thru the codes, found it and reset myself to factory reset and the problem still persist. I'll be calling them again Monday for this problem and keep you posted.
