Durning quaretine we tried curbside pick up. Sat for over 30minutes while trying to call the number provided. We were never connected. We went inside, while inside we were told the phones were not working. Asked to speak with a manager and told one was not available. Placed a complaint with customers service and never heard anything. This was for the Newark Lowe's in DE.

Lowes in general is a great store, from merchandise, to pricing, to the helpfulness of employees. If you are a Veteran, Lowes should be your only home improvement store. Discounts on every purchase is a great gesture on their part. The fact they honor Vets by having special parking for us is above and beyond.

DO NOT SHOP THE STORE ON UNIVERSITY IN EDINBURG, TX. Just tried Lowes curbside pickup. ***'t bother! LOwes sent an email stating the order was ready. When I arrived I called the number to let the store employee know I had arrived - No Answer EVER! My wife and I waited for 45 minutes to one hour and no one ever came to the car to deliver our order. Lowes of Beckley were very helpful. My son had ordered a rather large amount of lumber and drywall and the corporate office had sent him an email stating it would be delivered the next day. We hired 5 guys to help us with unloading and the order never showed up. As furious as I was I was even more concerned with my son being out 500.00 to pay for labor costs. April, 28, 20 I'm currently waiting for Lowe's to return another call concerning my problem as listed below. The last time I talked to them was April 16 & 17 before we returned to N.H. We place an order of over $5k for appliances for our kitchen remodel as well as a washer and dryer. It was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. We then canceled the order and started over and the same exact thing happened again. Receiving calls stating items were going to be delivered and then receiving another call to advise they can't find the items in a warehouse so the item is canceled. I have purchased 10k of appliances from Lowes and they have been giving me the run-a-round for over 3 weeks on when the order was placed, when it will be delivered and everything in between. I was in Texas this weekend expecting to have my REF. delivered. i called the store friday the pro desk said they are really busy please give them my order number and telephone number and they will call back. Very POOR Customer Service. Good luck finding any help (even before the corona virus). No one ever answers the phone, sometimes you get hung up on or it keeps going back to when you first call and gives you options of what area you want. GO on line and cant check status of my order it was supposed to be in store today for pick up. They Seriously Need competition in Gulf Breeze, maybe then they will actually allow staff members to work full time and help customer service. Well Lowes shows again how it's business model really works, well for them not the customer. Well in this day and time you first would think that these stores would have tap on there pin pads, but no, must cost them to much. Who cares about covid 19, right Lowes?
