Lowe's continues to make the same mistake over and over again and that is the definition of insanity; which is exactly how my husband and I are feeling right now. It all began last week when we moved into our new apartment. We purchased paint from Lowe's in Pico Rivera, CA for our living room. We did not have enough with just one can so we went back for another. We took with us the lid of the paint can which had the paint name, code, and the actual paint on it. What I want to know, is why don't all of us that has been done dirty by Lowes start a Class Action Suit!!? They are so big one person will never beat them. And they know it! That's how they keep doing this. They say you can contact them, good luck!! They care about nothing but money and themselves! I will continue to tell how bad Lowes is!! Please take it to your churches, friends, Vets, and media! Maybe they will start listening! I for one will never spend another dime!

We used to be loyal Lowes customers, but we've had such bad service from them during our kitchen renovation that we are done with them. The cabinet designer screwed up our order twice so that they wouldn't even fit. Their installer was lazy and full of excuses. And a delivery coordinator lied to us about what I needed to have done for them to haul away our dishwasher. We've spent thousands of dollars there. No more.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. You do not receive THE 10% off every thing. I went to the Port Charlotte Fl. store to buy a 192729 Husq 50.2cc 2-cycle backpack blower, on sale for 249.00 and I only received a $12.48 discount off from the blower which made the item price $236.52. Taking the blower back for a full return of my money. They still have on their web site military receives 10% off every day. FALSE ADVERTIZING

I think the 26.99% they charge ob the Lowes credit card is a way of taking advantage of the elderly and of those who can least afford it. I was told that I would get 12 months free no interest. Then I find out they billed me at 26.99 percent ..I bought a door for 4300 my monthly charge is $107.00 interest. I said noo way would I sign up for a 26.99% card .. They don't care about your credit of which I am over 790 score. I would have never charged the door nor bought it knowing of the 26.99% /. SO I contact my Local Buffalo N... read more

I purchased a washer and gas dryer. The person that sold me the washer and dryer was great; however, I was not provided a certified/experienced company/person to hook up my gas dryer. I was aware the gas dryer was on back order and could take up to a month to receive the dryer; however, I didn't know once I received it everything would go wrong. Never in my 55 years have I dealt with a company that was daft beyond comparison. The number of errors this company did after I ordered few items online is beyond comprehension. Seriously, how are they in business. They're all nice to talk to, but it seems their hands are strapped, including the managers. None of them could help me. I might as well add my two cents to the resounding chorus of dissatisfied patrons of the Martinsburg Lowe's store. I realize that this is probably an epic exercise in futility considering Lowe's will reply with their canned answer that they provide for every complaint. In early spring, I went rounds with a manager there named Robbie, who would not give me his last name after I asked him several times. My husband and I are shopping for a new freezer. We stopped at Lowe's and had 3 people in the appliance department that were too busy changing prices to even offer any assistance. They refused to acknowledge our presence and in two instances looked at us and turned away. When I tried to discuss the matter with the customer service desk, they too refused to acknowledge my presence.
