Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Clearwater Lowe's on 2/21/2018. At the advice of the sales person I purchased a 3 yr extended warranty from Lowe's. Did not have any issues with person who sold the washer and dryer nor the delivery. The Maytag washer (model:**********) stopped working on 1/8/2019, less than 11 months after the purchase. Since the washer failed before the 12 month manufacturer's warranty, I had to contact Maytag warranty service. Their local service technician came out and diagnosed that the "computer... read more

My husband and I purchased windows totaling $27,000 from Lowe's June 4, 2018. The work is still not done. Their first error was in delivering the windows in July while we were on vacation and leaving them exposed to the elements where they were rained upon. The salesman, Dustin S***** was very prompt and told us they would be immediately reordered. As it turns out, they were not reordered until September. September of this year (2019) my wife and I purchased tile at Lowe's Pinellas Park and decided to have the install done buy a Lowe's subcontractor. We were already aware of the Lowe's policy a basing the price on the product supplied for the job and not the actual square footage of the project . And this policy includes supplying approximately 20% product overage. Which is about what we had left (before any rework) This of course does result in a higher install price because it's based on product supplied and not square foot... read more

I'm not a do-it-yourselfer. To me, the term DIY is just three letters. That's why I made the mistake of contracting with Lowe's in Greenville, Ohio to deliver and install a deck. We purchased it in March of this year and installation began in the final week of March. It is now October and the deck is still not finished. I have had the worst experience with Lowe's in Shakopee MN. I ordered a door with two sidelights to be installed for over five thousand dollars. I have been dealing with the store since July and there have been nothing but excuses. Suzanne the store manager has failed to respond to emails and calls and when I have spoken to her she keeps saying she will have to speak to her supervisor and isn't comfortable compensating me for items I have been charged with. Purchased an appliance here, that I verified MULTIPLE times that I was getting installation with. But of course, that was not the case.*********** would have been much cheaper, and easier to deal with. Why is this company in business? They should be gone. Poor service, and completely ridiculous.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Worst company to deal with. Please never buy anything from them. $2000 later and no product. Order after order cancelled. Customer care doesn't have a clue what's going on. 48 hour reply time if you email support? Not a chance.

Lowes home improvement doesn't stand behind its contracted installation group. They destroyed our mailbox with a delivery truck and won't reimburse us to replace it. Poor communication since the day we bought a new refrigerator. After 20 years as a customer, I'm tired of incompetent service and I'm done with Lowes forever. I'm fuming mad.

They delivered a fridge that had an awful smell due to something not working correctly and told me that it was a new smell. I had to call to get it checked out and sure enough something was burning in the fridge causing that smell. I traded it for another one and they delivered it dented so I had to go back to the store to trade it for another one and they told me I had to call some number on the receipt to get the 5 year warranty I paid for transferred to the new fridge!
