This is the store with the worst customer service that i have received. I having waiting onnthe lighting departmnet for assistant for more than 30.min. they called fornhelp three times without any luck I came to the customer service department and they called three times forntje manager with the same results. Then we wonder why stores nation wide are closing?. The poorest costumer service ever. Funny part the have a light on display that is nor even inthe store yet

My husband purchased some home Improvement product from Lowes, and we realize it wasn't the correct items and wanted to return them back to Lowes, The person at the counter said to us since their a high theft items they are not returnable? whaaat? what does even mean. If its high theft put extra security sensor device or something. I don't understand what kind of scam they are running. how can you say for the items I purchased from them they can refund or give me store credit ? My husband and I purchased a brand new Frigidaire range/oven with an extended warranty in January of 2019. Shortly after purchase a burner failed to work. We called Lowes warranty services in which we were referred to ***************** Repair to fix the burner. ***************** Repair told us that the problem was solved but shortly after needed to be called again because an additional burner stopped working. We purchased over $12,000 in KitchenAid and other appliances for a remodel on our home. Among them was a whole house water filtration system and a water softener. We had been told by the store associate who sold us the units that the filtration system filters every impurity out of the water, only to learn some time after installation that it does NOT filter salt, which is our main concern since my husband has high blood pressure. We've enjoyed shopping at our local store, but when I placed an online order I was sent an order confirmation and a delivery date. The order was canceled by Lowes, but I was not informed and was left waiting all day for the arrival of the electric range. When I called the corporate number, they apologized and placed another order. Today I was called by the local store to say that order had also been canceled. Purchased a sedore stove for over $3000.00 May 31 2019. The product took over a month to receive. Not only did the product come damaged from delivery but the product received had paint peeling and bubbled. Clearly inferior product. Lowes now almost 4 months later is giving me a hard time getting my money back. This company has taken my money hostage and I am looking for mediation to address this issue.

Lowe's charged us $68 for deliver on a Garden Treasures outdoor patio table that cost $188. It showed up with a major dent on the top of the table, which I documented and sent photos of to Lowe's Customer Service for them to send out a new table. Instead, they offered a 10% discount or half off the delivery fee. I cannot believe this is the best Lowe's can offer for a product that is damaged. They should stand behind their products and send a new one out and that delivery truck could pick up the damaged one. That is good bus... read more

Lowe's does not honor warranties that have been voided by their own contractors. 20 year composite fencing ($6718) has failed after 5 years. Manufacturer states that warranty is void due to incorrect installation. Lowe's offered $1500. It's a complete start from scratch job. Offer denied.

Wish there was a 0 star to leave!! They do not care about their extended warranty or the people who service their products. I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks and they say give it another week!!!! I'm done with Lowe's for anything!!
