The Estimator came to my house (July 30, 2019) to provide an estimate for replacing Windows and Gutters. After almost a week I still have no estimate. I've now contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty (I believe his name is Dereck) he's useless. I contact the Lowes Store Support Center and they're ineffective as well. I pretty much realized I wasted a lot of time dealing with an unorganized company. Thanks for nothing.

BOTCHED FRONT DOOR INSTALLATION- Lowe's will take no responsibility for hiring morons to put it in! I'm going to try to make a long story short. We purchased a door from this Lowe's location- front door, side glass, and storm door. Recently, water damage started appearing on the door and the floors (my husband had tried to caulk it because we assumed there was a leak somewhere). 10,000 dollars in window and have been getting run around everyday. It has been 7 weeks installed wrong came back once, install company had argument with husband said never talk to him again. Put a complaint in they closed it said we signed off on job, I didn't sign anything, would like to see who signed my name. Store manger said don't come or call they can't do anything for us it in district mangers hand. I asked to a contact number or email, he said the don't have any, just wait for a call.

This review is in response to the direct provocation of an Lowes employee. Purchased a dishwasher, which was 'delivered' yesterday. The delivery guys show up without giving adequate notice, refused to pick up the old machine. I phoned to complain, and they 'promised' to have it removed as they come around. Fast forward to today, the dishwasher is still there, so I went to the local store to complain. After years of shopping at lowes I will never step 1 foot in there store again. I have a few rental properties and I have bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from the store over the years. To not only maintain my own home but my rental properties. Now to have the police come to my home and have them accused of stealing from Lowe's, they have lost my business forever. I will definitely be canceling out my lowe's credit card now.

They promised delivery on a fridge after we had hassles with availability, model numbers, etc. After appealing to Exec Office I was promised delivery today. Driver comes with a LOANER as they didn't have my order in stock after I was told it was in stock. This is no way to run a business. I will NEVER shop at Lowes again and will give the Exec a piece of my mind tomorrow when they return to work. Also they never called me last night to tell ne delivery time as was promised.

Prices are 10% higher than *********** The online store does not accept store credit. Their website shows a range in stock at this store, but when I showed up, there was no model on display. I ordered a range online about 3 weeks ago, but got no confirmation email until I contacted customer service. Then no shipping or delivery status until Saturday, when I got an email confirming delivery date. We ordered a sliding glass shower door from Lowe's. We were delighted with the service we received from them and their installation sub-contractor Columbus Glass. Lowe's contacted us every step of the way to let us know when the door would be available, followed up to see if we were completely satisfied, which, I can assure you, we were. In addition, the automatic 10% veteran's discount is a major plus.

I ordered 500 worth of pavers for a promotion called for 2 hours to see if promotion was good was hung up on then customer service rep on 7/18/2019 called from 4pm to 6 pm to ask about it . I then went online ordered the matierals then called to get the 10 percent off the order, a woman told me i had to come in to get the coupon.
