Last year my husbnd and I had Lowes install pergo floors in my daughters house,They had legacy flooring, their contractor do the work. Three days later the floors fell apart, they blistered up, the seams pulled apart, we called, they sent people, they denied that the installers had put leveler on first and did not let it dry properly causing the floors to fall apart due to moisture. we tried to take them to mall claims court, their lawyers managed to get them out of it because an address on our summons had one word wrong, we... read more

OMG never again will I shop at Lowe's. Purchased a washer dryer combo with two pedestals. Delivery set for Friday between 8-12. Called Friday morning to confirm "yes you are second on our delivery list!" My work day consumed both husband and I and when I looked up at 12:30 I realized I had no washer and dryer. Called the delivery company which stated "oh they didn't fit on the truck so we've moved you to tomorrow"... uh, what?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I purchased a fridge May 9 from Lowe's in Otay Lakes Chula Vista. They scheduled a delivery on Mother's Day with a 4hr time frame. I get a phone call during Mother's Day brunch asking if they could deliver it about 4 hrs prior to scheduled delivery.Just wanting to get this over with, I agreed to the earlier time. They suck you in to buy tile then hit you a huge bill to install. Do not get sucked in by this company
I fail to see how they have an A+ rating. Just had them do our roof, and oh boy what a nightmare this has quickly escalated into. First of all, the salesman claimed to understand what my wife and I wanted; the roof and fascia replaced, the soffit I would fix myself, but the materials would be billed and delivered. We assumed everything was good considering the quote was nearly 8 grand for our tiny home, however we never received the soffit material and Lowes completely blew us off when we called to question this. Good luck using your military discount! They have made it extremely hard to use, you have to go to there website create and verify. Done it 3 times and wont take! Why do I have to verify when I have a military I.D. issued to me by the U.S. government! Left there and went to ********** showed them my MILITARY I.D. and they scanned a bar code thanked me for my service! Thank you **********.

Thank you Lowe's for turning my home buying dream, into a home owning nightmare. You sold me paint that won't cure. Long story short, months later and we still can't touch the walls without layers pealing. You did however offer me more paint..? Like that's what I need. More of what caused the problem. How about you pay to have my walls refinished now? I will never get that time or money back.

Really disappointed in the service I have gotten on my window installation. Windows were installed April 1st and 2nd. I was told by the installer that he would have new trim ordered and it would be in a week to week and a half. That never happened. Also had damage to my window from shipping. Installer went a head and installed them. Told him about them and said that they could order parts to repair them. Of course that has never happened.
