lowes in gainesville has really not taken care of my problem they have treated me with a total lack of respect they want call back they have missed deliveries ignored me i bought from them because i wanted to buy from a local store but now that i have been treated like this i will find a different place to support

We purchased a 5 year service plan on a Maytag washing machine in October of 2017. We have had 5 service calls so far replacing the transmission, water pump, drain pump, all hoses, and the water inlet valve. Now the control board has gone out and we are waiting once again on a service call. In their booklet on the service plans it talks about a No-Lemon Guarantee and a Complete Product Replacement which they will not honor and replace our machine which is a true definition of a lemon. I oreder 200 peices of lumber for delivery. Paid 80$ for it. You gave me a 8a-12pm window for the delivery and it didnt arrive until 130pm! I called and the lady, supposedly a manager said well its a estimate...except your automated call left me a voicemail to say it is a 8a-12p window! not a estimate a WINDOW!!! you are outside that window. I have a crew here at 1130 ready to start building this and now you arrive an hour and half outside of that "window" now you are trying to cover your own @ss trying to say its an estimat... read more

I am highly disappointed. Purchased a water softener on April 7 and water softener had to be ordered which was fine but no one gave me a time frame on when the softener will be at the store. Three days still no time, until I called the store on Wednesday, apr. 10 to ask what's going with my water softener but couldn't tell me anything. So I went in the store on Saturday, apr.13. They tell me that the water softener is on the truck and the installer will contact you on Monday. Long story short we wait almost 2 weeks for them ... read more

We always shop at Lowe's for our rental properties and our own home improvements we make. Never had issues until we scheduled to have carpet placed. WORST MISTAKE EVER.*********** installers came to install the carpet and made several mistakes. Including an uneven mat underneath of carpet, charging extra for unnecessary things, placing the wrong door step plates to where I cannot even shut my bathroom door, and just being highly unprofessional. 3 1/2 weeks later and multiple calls, Lowe's still has yet to have someone comple... read more

In early March, I placed an order for an entry door and security door to be installed today by **************. The cost was over $3300.00. I took off work today and also paid my alarm maintenance to come out to disconnect the sensor from my old door. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT LOWES DOES THIS or I could have saved that money. In short, I get a call today from manager of the Havertown store. He tells me that the doors are 32 inches instead of 36 inches. Offers me a 15% discount to reorder them. First and foremost, Lowe's did not provide us with the correct information when we inquired about sink installation. They should have told us that the process will take about a month since they outsource the appointment. After paying $40.00, an 800 number calls me to set up an appointment for the contractor to give me an estimate on the cost of the sink installation. I had requested them to come in the afternoon. They have the absolute worst service possible it is a complete joke. We had purchased a laundry and dryer set on the 22nd of March, and it was scheduled to be delivered on April 1st for our new house.However, they did not show up. We found out they randomly changed scheduled date to the following week without our knowledge. We called the manager and they said that our account was under the wrong phone number, and the manager promised the delivery for the 7th of April.
