I have tried to get a Dishwasher and Microwave delivered to my home. They have even jacked up charges on my credit card. The first time delivery was to be between 8 - 12 am. I was quoted approximately $5K for purchase and install of 4 windows. The contract stated the install would take place within 6-8 weeks, the job would be completed in 1 day, and that when the windows arrived in-store I would get a call from their scheduler for installation. This was the WORST experience of my life! It was time to replace the water heater. We don't need anything fancy, I just wanted the same as what we had, a 55 gallon water heater, and a 12 yr warranty. (by the way, the install guy was GREAT and very understanding of the situation). I purchased 7 closet doors and installation through Lowe's. I paid for the doors and installation up front and was told the doors would have to be special ordered and would be available in 6 weeks. So it was time to replace the washer & dryer. We purchased a set for approximately $1,000 for the pair delivered with accessories. 5 months later very dissatisfied with the washer and its ability to balance loads and not Shake. I ordered Pergo flooring for three bedrooms. However, the subcontractor they hired installed one room with a "bump" in the flooring. (You literally could feel it go up and then down). When I contacted the installer I was told "that was normal and within specs". I argued and said since when is it normal to have speed bumps in hardwood flooring? I should leave a negative star. I payed 4600 dollars for counters. they installed very sloppy. put the backsplash seam right at the faucet...the most focal point of my whole kitchen. Caulk was so sloppy ....I had to pay someone else to come and fix it. they also ruined my walls and put holes tht I had to pay to replace. when I went through lowes to have their mistakes fixed....it took one whole year of them giving me the run around and they never fixed anything. We paid for Pella windows almost 5 months ago. They have yet to be installed and we keep getting the runaround. We are hugely disappointed and will not deal with Lowes ever again.

My recent experience with Lowe's has been a complete nightmare. I placed an online order for a new exterior front door on Wednesday, January 30th. I specifically ordered a left-handed in-swing door to match my current door. I picked up the door in-store that same day at the LOWE'S OF CAMP CREEK.
