Ordered item on Black Friday online. The email receipt states that they will send me other emails on the order/delivery status, this was never done. I called Lowes helpdesk and they stated that it was delivered when it was never received by me. They opened a tracking ticket with FedEx and had me follow up with FedEx on the delivery. I had purchased and paid for installation for new doors and windows. The doors were installed poorly and caused many problems. I filed multiple complaints and after a year they finally just gave up in trying to fix the issue and just reimbursed me for the doors. I still got stuck with paying for the install and since I financed with them, the finance fee and interest for the year. They just pretty much told me sorry about your luck and good luck fixing on your own.

Lowe's installed a new floor in our home. The floor is defective. We tried for a full year to get Lowe's to make it right, and they simply ignored us. Dozens of emails, phone calls and letters were sent with very little return communication and absolutely no results. Lowe's contracts have an arbitration clause forbidding the customer from suing them. When we finally sent an arbitration demand, they ignored that also. In desperation, we did sue them. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCE WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a microwave at Lowe's in August of last year. I bought the warranty for the microwave. The microwave went out and I called to find out if I would get a replacement or a repair. They told me that they would send a service person to see if microwave can be repaired. I ordered windows and a new front entry door in April 2018. Finally the product arrived at the store and install was scheduled for July. Be aware of Lowe's delivery service, especially those stores uses the third party delivery company!!!!!!!!Their third party delivery team sucks!!!!! They will never show up and just reschedule you again and again. I originally have my appliance scheduled on Tuesday and the driver didn't even ring my door bell or call but just left by saying there's no one at home.
