I would rate zero stars if I could. I have been a customer for over 10 years and always make my payment on time. Was late one time but I made a double payment. Then I went to store and found out they had closed my account for no reason. They just said they monitor all credit for all their customers. Will not shop at lowes again. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. It took 3 trips to my house and 76 days to receive my order and rebate money. I spent hours and I mean many many hours on the phone and sending emails to customer service. The store managers of Lowe's in ***********, NC were just awful to deal with. They repeatedly lied and dropped the ball. Promised us all kinds of discounts and in the end sent us a pitiful gift card and then lied about promising us anything more. hate to leave even one star beware of rebate offers counter personnel do not give correct info . then when rejected and you send in the correct info that thy wanted and you do not get your rebate they give you a song and dance that you did not give them the original copy of the receipt how can you fax them the original when lowe's only e-mails you a copy.and tells me I supposed to call with in five days of sending in the fax.Can someone show me on the letter that I was supposed to call.very dishonest if you offer the rebate ... read more

I bought windows from Lowes in July, First they said my windows got lost. They finally schedule my installation in late Sept. The installer cancelled and now has reschedule me for the third time. I do not believe this is good business practice.

I ordered an item that was in-stock for $25. I got to the store, was told there were two in-stock. After 50 minutes of waiting, I was told that they couldn't find any and that I would be notified by email when they could find them. Later that day I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. When I go back to the website, I can now buy the same item for $99. I am writing this review after keeping my silence for two years concerning a purchase of windows and siding on a rental house my husband and myself own. We had four companies lined up to give us quotes on getting windows and vinyl siding. Warning!! Buyer Be Beware!!! We used Lowe's Companies for a small kitchen Kraftmaid cabinetry (200sq.ft) and small bathroom(80sq.ft) remodel. Lowe's service's: There is none. False advertising. Never. ever. hire Lowe's. Just don't do it. We signed a contract with Lowe's for them to install floor tiles in our bathroom. Almost 3 months later, the tile has not been installed and the contractor missed three appointments. Supposedly, Lowe's has issued a refund on the labor and I'm stuck with the supplies. Do not. hire. Lowe's. They take your money, make you sign a contract that is nearly impossible to get out of, and never render service. In other words: it's a scam.

Got a washer from Lowe's. Got the warranty. What a joke. After it broke down for the 5 time was supposed to get a new washer. Another joke they go after the 6 time I would get new washer!! So someone came and fixed it. Broke again now the warranty is no good
