This is for my 87 year old mother. She bought a washer from Lowe's AND an extended warranty. The washer quit, she called for a repair. When the young men came, they worked on the washer, told her THEY had shorted out a part and would order it and be back. They never came OR called. She waited, then called them. BECAUSE my 87 year mother's machine, delivered and installed by Lowe's was in an outside building. They WOULD NOT work on it. What is an utility room under the carport, is it not outside? $10 off a gallon of paint rebates x 7 gallons. They only provided a rebate of $20. All documentation and receipts were saved and all terms met and they still would not pay me full rebate. They had me resubmit my documentation so I did that and it was mysteriously not received. The rebate departments response was "this has already been closed" there is nothing we can do. You can't dispute an online order that has all of the history right there, yet they don't honor their own rebates and terms. It isn't my fault that you didn'... read more

WARNING! Do not buy an appliance from Lowes and never bother with the extended warranty. It is a waste of money. This organization has delivery several appliances for me within the last 12-24 months including multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, washer/dryers, etc. I continue to have problems on every purchase including cancellations, no shows, damaged items, promised rebates and/or free items accompanying purchases. They do not delivery on their promises.

Hate to even leave them one star on this as they don't deserve it!! Will never go through Lowe's again! We spent over $20k on our carpet and flooring last year which took forever due to them having contractors doing the job and we had to play middle man with Lowe's about it. It took them 3 months to do it and we had to cancel our Thanksgiving and Christmas at our new house due to them! And yet they couldn't finish the job and make sure the one wood piece between the two different floors stayed in. Instead it was measured wro... read more

Contracted with Lowe's, Severn, MD for replacement vinyl windows. Lowe's subcontractor, MK Windows installed 31 Pella vinyl windows but 10 were crooked. Lowe's delivered 8 windows that were wrong design. Windows were filthy; MK stated they don't clean windows. Also, left glue on windows from Pella stickers. Pella Series 350 windows have zebra stripes, gouges, scratches, cracks in window frame. Life time warranty is worthless if they never fix/replace windows. We went to Lowe's in Lafollette, TN to find a liquid propane water heater on 9/9/2018. Miguel in the plumbing and appliances department told us that ALL gas water heaters came from the factory as natural gas water heaters and that you simply had to convert the intake valve to fit it for LP. We purchased the product he recommended and took it home and then started looking online for conversion instructions. 1. On September 6, I purchased five fans online: Order #******** and Order #*********** 2. I received confirmation that provided the order details (purchase date, time, etc.). 3. Lowe's installed my fencing in Charlotte, NC and I regret this decision. The customer service is awful, I've been playing phone tag with the Project Manger, Sales Rep and Contractor for 6 months now. It should not be my responsibility to constantly follow up with people about my fence being installed incorrectly. They were quick to follow up when I agreed to the installation. Back in May, we signed the contract with Lowe's for a new deck with an attached gazebo. Actual work started in mid-June, and we were told it would be a three-week process. Well, here we are nearly three months later, and the deck is not complete because no one will order the needed deck boards and railing caps to finish the job. The gazebo has been a complete nightmare.
