I will never shop at or recommend Lowes for any instillation. Today is January 12th. I ordered a storm door on October 28th, 2018. The door was installed backwards on November 15th, 2018. I have visited and called Lowes over 10 times to get someone out to repair. 3 occasions an installer didn't call or show when scheduled. Lowes will not refund the install. I have even offered to return the door and they have refused any refund. This is unacceptable of a company like Lowes. Save yourself and go to **********.

We hired Lowe's in Gainesville, VA to replace the shingles and any rotted plywood on our townhouse roof. We paid in full. Lowe's hired ******************* and ****** hired an unlicensed contractor to do the work. The work was done from 10/10-10/12/2018. The result of the work was disastrous and water came in our home. Lowe's sales person referred the issue to Lowe's central project/program office (CPO), who did nothing. We had to contact the contractors and the contractor's insurance companies. Lousy customer service. I had issues getting a fridge delivered. Took 2 weeks. After being lied to about it being on order, & several times about it being on the truck & out for delivery (which it never was) ended up getting the display. I do appreciate the discount, but that doesn't take care of poor management or how to run a business. This is my first time & last buying from this location!!!

Terrible Return Policy on Holiday Seasonal Items This past December 2018 my wife and I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of Christmas lights from ****'s. After a few weeks a large section of lights on 1 of the items broke, a clear indication the item was defective. One January 3rd I tried to return the broken item to ****'s, which was within 30 days of purchase and well within the 90 day standard return policy for ****'s. In November of 2017 we signed a contract to have bedroom of our house renovated and a kitchenette added. For an entire year, we have watched every project Lowes' attempted, put in and torn out in an attempt to complete this project. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, door and window installation, drywall, cement walkway, and appliance instillation. Lowes Frigidaire refrigerator icemaker has not worked since we bought it. Lowes has sent a tech out 5 times and could not fix it. Now warranty is about to run out and they will not continue to take care of this ongoing issue. Lowes has a business ethics issue.

MOBILE , AL STORE # *** - WORST , MOST TERRIBLE STORE SERVICE ! If I could , I would tate ZERO !! I paid and signed to have new floors installed . Salesman was great , very good knowledge . can i put zero stars? I purchased a washer with a 5 year warranty. After 1 year almost to the day of buying the washer it broke down. The warranty process is absolutely horrible. in addition, now they are telling me the warranty does not cover extend of repairs. in other words, i shouldn't have even gotten a warranty at all.
