The Lowe's ********** store should not be doing any home improvements .On April 4,2017 I signed a contract to have a new roof installed , after that everything else went down hill from delivery of the materials , incorrect shingles installed , installers not being as professional as they stated , no one in the entire store seemed to care about customer service , and no one followed up to correct the issues or complaints addressed . We ordered shutters from their department on Jan 24th of this year. All shutters except one above the door and in the office which has an arch in three windows. The installer is a great guy, but Lowes can't seem to get their Shutter company in the game. First they couldn't get the shutters and upgraded them to wood. Then they called and said they didn't upgrade them, then the shutters came in and were the upgraded wood as a complimentary gesture. I purchased a washer and dryer through Lowes summer of 2017. So far my dryer has been repaired once, and now my washer has been broke for two weeks. Instead of just replacing it they want a service company to repair it with $700 worth of parts and labor and I am now stuck in a stalemate between the two. So needless to say I will never again make a major purchase with Lowes or deal with their warranty center. And yes I bought the extended warranty for my products. I ordered and paid for windows on May 15, 2018, Some of the windows were installed a few months later. Some of the windows were incorrect and to this day I am still waiting to have the correct windows installed. One of the windows installed has debris on it that I cannot get off and even though I have left messages and several e-mails no one has responded to this. I so wish I had gone with another company as Lowe's is by far the worst!!!!! They have lost all my future business past this.

I ordered the materials for my garage rebuild on Oct. 19 with guaranteed delivery scheduled for yesterday, Nov. 7. I called the morning of the 7th to verify delivery and was told by the local store that I was the first scheduled delivery of the day and that delivery would happen "any time now". I never received a call for delivery, which I found odd, but since I was not at the house and busy I was unable to check for delivery until 6pm last night. Surprisingly, the materials were not there. Waiting now months for Lowes to complete door installation. $3,000 of doors has been sitting in my garage for 8 weeks. Visited to store several times with no results. Finally went to Lowe's corp and surprisingly they will not respond to Lowe's corp customer care as well. I guess it's good to know they are not just blowing me off, but their corp as well. I ordered and paid for the doors in July. It's now November.

On July 2, 2018 I had carpet installed in my home. The carpet had a minor defect. No big deal. But since then I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone, made multiple visits to the store, and I've sent 23 emails attempting to get my situation resolved. My last correspondence was on October 19, 2018. I sent my signed consent for a 40% discount to Noelle Rengnez, who works for Lowe's, and Vicki Anderson of Mohawk Carpet (the carpet manufacturer). Very disappointed with service in installation of a window. Was ordered end of May and it still is not installed. Many excuses, no action. Paid ahead of time--will NEVER do that again. This is from the Ballwin MO store on Manchester Rd. Damaged the wood casings and don't plan on fixing it either. No response from Corporate. Do they have any idea what their "contractors" are doing to their reputation? Leaving this message for my elderly mother. tried to leave zero stars, but it is not an option

Consumer Beware this company takes no responsibility for their mistakes or actions. You can complain all you want and it doesn't matter how long they inconvenience you, they will state they are finished per the contract. We started a kitchen remodel with them on May 22, 2018 which included new cabinets, flooring, appliances and countertops. This was a $20, 000 project only to come to find out being done by folks who have NO idea what they are doing.
