Had them install a bow window for a long time customer of mine.Windows won't openbecause it's sagging. Installer did not secure cables to house which holds window in place. Excuse is they can't because it's brick. This has been going on since October. Came out 3 times. The third guy that came out said the window was installed wrong. Final answer from Lowe's was fix it yourself. Horrible customer service. Next step is media.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we have received from Lowe's install department in Nampa Idaho. We had an install scheduled for today and after paying for our furniture to be removed from the rooms the installer refused to do the service. While he sat in his truck in our driveway, 2 of us (80 year old women) removed the furniture for them. Afterward, they left without a word to us of their departure. Keith from Lock and Key .... On March 29th around 3pm my mother and I entered Lowe's at the David H. Mcleod Blvd. Florence, SC location in search for a particular lock and key pad combination. First, I want to say that I have been a loyal Lowes customer for a while. I have never had a problem with them before, but this last experience has lost them my business for a lifetime. First, used my Lowes credit card to pay, so they held the funds and then tried to run them through again, making it look like I didn't have enough money. To Whom This May Concern, My husband and I went into the Lowes Store and purchased a dryer. Fully intending on going back to the same store to purchase the washer the following week. My husband was going out of town and he needed his military clothing cleaned so that he could pack to leave at 3 am for training. I had a terrible experience I ordered a washer and dryer online and paid for them then got a email stating my appliances would be delivered on the 18th so then the 18th comes and I get a call and the woman says I'm sorry our truck is full but I can have it to you tomorrow morning and I'll give you a $50 off your purchase so I say ok that's fine. Then the following day they tried to take my payment off my card four times even though it was already paid for when I ordered it on the 15th. So then I get a call saying they can't ... read more

I paid my detail fee a month ago for a water softener. I waited several weeks to be contacted by the contractor. Without telling me, he decided I lived too far from him and he couldn't be bothered. When I called Lowe's, they thought I was calling because I was dissatisfied with the installation. They had to search records to find out what happened, promising I would be contacted within 24 hours. Nothing. I called again. They filed with corporate. Same promise. Same cycle. If you need windows and doors STAY FAR AWAY! This started with the Lowes in Robinson Township PA. Started the process of getting windows and doors LAST MARCH! First order had HALF of the items wrong size, incorrect product.... That took months to get resolved. You cant get the people in the store that sold you the products to call back. Then they have you deal with someone in Indiana that also doesn't return phone calls. I tried filing a complaint with their customer service line and got a number and everything...no one ever... read more
