I purchased a Kitchen Aid oven first day it was installed didn't work they brought me a new one out. Oven quit working In February 2019 (of course i purchased the 5yr extended warranty) We are now going into June 2019 and my oven is still not repaired. I keep getting the run around every time I speak With someone about the problem. This has been the worst experience I have ever gone through. Never buy from Lowe's or Kitchen aid products ever again. *********

purchased a new storm door 2 weeks ago from Lowes in Kannapolis, NC, had the measurement and awaited installation. The so called contractor they use ( and I found out the only one they use) is Odds and Ends Installations in Kannapolis NC. "Contractor" said it would be another 2 weeks before they would install storm door. This is ridiculous. Contractor (Jeneane) did not care and was cocky as apparently they are the only one this Lowes uses, and so they have the monopoly, and do not care about customer satisfaction. We purchase a new GE stove in February 2019. When first using the stove we noticed that the ovens did not heat to the correct temperature. We purchase a thermometer to confirm. We called GE and they sent out a service tech. The oven still did not work properly after the service call so we went in to Lowes to inquire as to how to return the unit. We went to Lowe's to have our kitchen remodeled. Everything went great until the start of project. No communication what so ever on the project. I had to send email out every day to ask if anyone will come to work on it. A three months project and it turns in to a year and going. Mistakes after mistakes. Now they want to stop the project because they don't know how to fix it. They are trying to offer us money so they can exit the project completely. We are stuck with an unfinished kitchen. I went into the store in September and financed a fence. They weren't able to come out until December and install it. They shorted me a post cap as well. I have been waiting since December 5th for my post cap and it's May 16th. I have called, and called, and called, and called. They lie and say they're coming out that week, or that they couldn't find the post cap and had to reorder it. I WILL NEVER use Lowe's again for their services.

Lowes does not use BBB accredited contractors. Something as simple as a door installation has been rescheduled 4 times. The contractor assigned by lowes is ********* Lowes does not accommodate when their contractor jacks you around. So frustrated with both of them. Think twice before buying at lowe's and letting them arrange installation.

Purchased countertops from them 9 weeks ago. They sent a contractor out to build a template for an install within 2 weeks of purchase. Only heard back from them once to schedule the install. Install date comes and goes with no contact. Called to follow up and come to find out the product wasn't even delivered to the fabricator/ installer. During follow up I was hung up on by 3 managers and the 1 800 customer service line. Very disappointed. We are building and have always used the military discount. They are now saying we cannot use the discount, unless my fathers with us. This was the only reason dad got the Lowe's card. It even says on their website that families are allowed to use the discount. It doesn't say that he has to be there. Very disappointed. What a huge disappointment and waste of time. Going across the street to ***********

I had a terrible experience with a dishwasher insulation. When the installer came out he said that that the dishwasher I purchased wouldn't fit in my space. He gave specific height that I had to have for it to fit. I went back to the story, sales worked tirelessly with me to get the correct size. The item was not in stock so I had to a wait a few weeks for it to come in. Meanwhile after a week I was still not credited with the items the installer returned.
