I placed a online order with Lowe's Home Improvement on 6/29 for a set of 1/2" drive impact sockets for my Fathers Birthday. The screen stated if I placed the order on 6/29 I would have the item by 7/3. Surprisingly later the same day my order already was marked as "Delivered" but included no tracking numbers or delivery information of any kind. LOWE'S FENCE INSTALL WARNING. We are typically very financially savvy people. We were told by the sales rep who came to our house to measure and mark for a chain link fence that: 1) it must be prepaid in full to order materials and 2) nothing more would be required on our part. We were told upfront that it would be 6 weeks before it would be installed. They don't get one star. My elderly parents had gutters installed 1 1/2 years ago. The installers either did not use the right screens or they did not install them properly. Half of the screens are missing, screens are caved in, screens are not connected at the corners. Doesn't look like the gutters are hung right because there is dirt with grass growing in the gutters - the dirt should wash out. It is a horrible mess. Had to contact them 4 times. They said the warranty has expired so they want nothing to do with it. They wo... read more

I'm here to tell you guys Lowe's isn't the best option. In the winter of 2018 I bought a sliding door and after the door installed, the door had problems. Cold air was coming inside from the door. I went to the store many times as well as call the store complaining about the door. They didn't help me, they just pushed me to call the door company and the door company sent me back to Lowe's. My review does not even get one star. It takes a long time for them to get the product in and than it takes even longer to get it installed. Whatever you do don't get it installed by them. They do a terrible job and they use inexperienced young men that do not no what they are doing? Plus you have to pay in advance. So that's probably why they don't care. But I do. So that's why I need to do something about it!

When we built our house, we spent several thousand dollars on building materials at Lowe's. We have always bought our appliances from Lowe's. Currently, we are remodeling two bathrooms in our camp and have spent about $4,000 purchasing EVERYTHING from Lowe's (tub, showers, sinks, faucets, flooring, cabinet, knobs). One of the showers is a KIT and was purchased from the Lowe's website at a cost of $934 plus tax and delivery fee. Purchased extended protection plan. Item failed 1 yr and 3 weeks later. Called and scheduled an appointment (8 hours window). Technician since by Lowe's made it worst and lost food from Freezer. Scheduled a 2nd visit and the technician wouldn't even look at it since he couldn't get Lowe's "authorization" to exceed $350 on a weekend. What type business are they running!!!!!! Now I wasted 2 days "waiting" and the freezer is warmer than the refrigerator!!!!!

I am shopping for a portable air conditioner and at Lowes.com see a Hisense 500sq ft one for $199.60. the web page (which I printed for the BBB and FTC complaints) says at top open till 10 pm! San Francisco Lowes...which leads us to believe that store has one!!! I chatted with a fellow at the Lowes site named Tomas T who was very nice and told me this morning June 15th I could special order one. How do they still have an A+ rating with so many bad reviews. I have two rebates that they are not honoring. One is over $300 the other is $45 Lowes can, and should do better.
