Bought this GAZEBO fan from Lowes. 99 bucks. Item no.********* Valdosta Portable Fan. There's a sticker on it warning not to use an extension cord on this product. Its intended to be hung from ceiling height which runs 8-10'. The cord on this fan is 5' in length. So why is this product put out on the market for buyers to use at their own risk? I purchased approximately $10,000.00 worth of goods in this store as we renovated a condo in ******************. Everyone in the store was very nice so we decided to use them exclusively for multiple purchases. We ordered custom ******* shades for our living room and master bedroom. It has now been three incidents at the Lowe's in *******************. 1st time. They pulled the bate and switch on a floor job that I had done at my house. They told me everything I want to hear but when it came to it. It was all different. They do not give you a quote or some type of written documentations if anyone notices. I bought refrigerator from Lowe's. When truck driver delivered the appliance, broke our living room glass door. Truck driver lied to me, did not fix the door. Lowe's blame Driver company, did not take responsibility. After 15 days waiting I had to fix the door myself. Truck Driver company send me letter after 17 days to file a claim and send them two estimates. We suffered so long without glass door, really a bad experience with company like Lowe's. They need to pay me for the sufferings and the for door.

False Advertising of Mail Coupon: I have been a very loyal customer spending thousands of dollars at this store brand. I have been using the coupons they rarely give on receipts to spend on another future date with no problem. Meaning, like if the receipt promo/coupon says to spend $50 I would get a $10 discount. Very poor installation process including delays, poor service, faulty installation, and an unresolved complaint regarding the poor installation of a downspout which was never corrected. We chose a vacuum and it rang up the wrong price, so we told the cashier. He said well I don't know how to cancel the transaction so just go the service desk and they will take care of you. Lowe's Apopka store replaced my roof using a contractor. The reason I replaced my roof was due to a leak by my chimney. This was done August 2015 and to this day after many calls, my roof still leaks by the chimney. They keep patching up the problem rather than fixing it. They put tar, they painted my ceiling with stain blocker so I can't see the leak spot but I still hear the rain dropping on the ceiling! Now they say the workmanship warranty is no longer valid. I had a return/exchange on an item. I was told to go back to get the product for exchange which they didn't have. There was a line of customers when I got back to customer service desk and I ended up with a witch employee named April.
