Lowe's store in Ypsilanti, MI. I got a in store credit last year. When I tried to used it today in this same store, staff said the driver license with this in store credit is not mine. What a joke. I gave my exact same driver license to the staff when I got this in store credit. Even today two different staff at the same store input my license number differently! Poor customer service for big jobs and the install department. We ordered carpet to be installed at a house we own in Monticello Kentucky. The carpet installers re scheduled three times. We live three and a half hours away from this house. The first install date was June 13th, the installers called the day before to reschedule. The family member had to turn around at Lexington Kentucky. The installers wanted to come back out June 15th but we could not be there then. On August 12, 2019, I bought a Frigidaire counter-depth refrigerator from the Lowe's Home Center in Williamsburg, VA. The purchase price included removal of the old unit and hookup of the new one. The new unit was delivered on August 14, but the delivery contractor refused to remove the old unit and, of course did not hook up the new one. They stated that they would not take the old unit because "...it is a Sub-Zero and they don't take them because they are too large," and I would "have to hire my own contractor to remove it... read more

They have the worst online presence of any hardware store. If you want something don't buy from their online store. They will wait weeks until canceling your order and when you call up scam you into purchasing a more expensive version or cancel the order. Buy from ******************* whoever, but stay away from Lowe's. In store they price gouge you anyways, can't wait for them to go out of business for their shady practices.

WORST company to work with. I recently went to the newer Lowes in ***********. The customer service was great there but their hands were soooo tied by corporate. I tried then to update my account by phone (WHICH they couldn't do at the store, and got the most UNBELIEVABLE runaround. I was told I could not establish my account online and make changes until I received my cards in the mail with the account number on them. WELL, the address is what I need to update. I will NEVER receive the cards in the mail and will never know ... read more

The company in **************** is misleading in their on line purchases. Will never use Lowe's again. I purchased an air conditioner, had it delivered. Wants to charge $105 to install. Ridiculous.

We recently purchased carpet and linoleum and the materials for our home we also paid for installation and for them to move furniture and haul away old flooring. Our first installation date they gave us was August 1,2019 between 9-11 we moved furniture took bunk bed apart everything they ask plus removed a lot of things we waited and waited and no one called or showed up. We then called and they said they had to reschedule someone called in. They tried to say the called but we both had our phones on us there was no call. The... read more

WORST ROOF INSTALL EVER!!!************* showed to replace roof. Mitch argued with my husband stating that he did not notice that we had two rows of shingles on the roof during the inspection so it was unforeseen and threatened to stop working if we did not pay; husband called Lowe's (twice) and they did not agree that it was unforeseen so they covered the charges. Husband received another phone call from Mitch stating 12 sheets of plywood (10 above contracted) would be needed which we were fine with and paid for accordingly.... read more
