If there was a rating for ZERO stars I would choose that. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this store. 90% of our experiences have been HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is terrible. This is the most unprofessional, low class, rudest Lowe's I have ever been to. We own a business and shop at many Lowe's all over DFW but this has be the full of the most lazy and unhelpful people. Terrible service. An order was supposed to delivery to my door 3 weeks ago. I never got it. Called the store multiple times with at least 20 minutes of waiting. Went to store by person twice. Still nobody in the store help or even care
I purchased a dishwasher for store pick up. 3 days later my order disappeared (on an in stock item). I called and they informed me something was wrong with my order so I would have to reorder again. Since I ordered it with gift cards I now needed to wait for a new gift card to be mailed. I told them no that I would pick one up because there is no reason I should have to continue to wait on an in stock item. I ordered some blinds online that were supposed to arrive in 12 business days at the latest. A week after those 12 days II contacte customer service to find out when they would actually arrive. They responded the order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. The company had cancelled the order for some unknown reason and never notified me and only issued a partial refund. About two weeks ago, my wife and I went into the local Lowes in League City, Tx. to look at replacing our washer and dryer that had been damaged in the Harvey flood. We picked out a washer and dryer and a pedestal for each. I ordered countertops from Lowe's in Madison Al back in April. Three (3) different individuals came to measure on three different occasions. The range space was measured wrong. The granite is crack and they say it's natural. Finally, two managers, the Sales coordinator and the installer came to my house and they agreed to do the right thing. That was June 19. I ordered large appliances online. The first time, they pushed my delivery date out by one week. Then the day it was scheduled for, they called and said "sorry, we won't be delivering it at this time because we don't have it in stock". I waited one month past the delivery date to actually receive my appliance! This second time, they did it again! They called and said they didn't have it in stock! We have always had great experiences with Lowe's until now. We recently purchased a new home and all new appliances. They delivered our refrigerator first by itself which was fine. They delivered the stove and dishwasher about a week later with no microwave. The installer had no idea he was supposed to have a microwave and my husband spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Lowe's to figure out why it wasn't included.
