I have been dealing with lowes for over a year. I was having my Kitchen remodeled and it's a very small kitchen. They left holes in the walls now spackled not sanded, they took chunks of moleding out of the window sile and spakled it not sanded. I don't want the same person to fix it because he has fixed it 2x so they said I'd have to pay 1/2 to have it repaired? My ceramic tiles were never evenly spaced some were uneven. I went to the Lowes Store in Longview, TX thinking I was going to buy a washer & dryer. As soon as I started looking the customer service man came over and I told him I have cash and want to buy them today but I had questions. Right then another lady told him she really needed to look at a dishwasher and instead saying "Let me find another person to help you" he just walked off. I stood and waited 2 hours fro him to finish with this other lady and even asked if someone else could help me but they said they couldn't. So I sat... read more

I ordered on Lowe's website area rugs. Waited for weeks before finally I called the store and found out the price I was promised and paid when placed the order was incorrect and if I would like the rugs I ordered I would need to pay more. So much for price guarantee and poor customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a dishwasher on 04/07/'2018 and they just delivered it (04/18/2018) and it id the wrong one. Trying to reach a real person at the Plano regional office is impossible. They have succeeded in creating another Home Depot customer. To BBB: Please adjust your rating system below to allow a "0" to be used. I will NEVER suggest anyone - friend or enemy - deal with the neanderthals.
