I had my deck replaced through Lowe's and their contractor. It was the worst experience ever. They do not communicate with the customers at all. I should not have to call 3 to 4 times to find out basic questions. I was told a time when the materials would be delivered. Which it went form a two hour window to me waiting over 3 hours. Never had any issues in Mainland before. Manager have no passion to support the Military family. I Paid over $20,000 for the new kitchen and got Jacked up. Nobody want to help me to resolve this situation. Its been a long 7 months for a 10' *8' small size kitchen, still ain't done yet. I am having family coming over from everywhere, already stress to answer them " What happend to your kitchen?" I want my money back with my old kitchen and my 7 months.

I ordered carpet in November. Carpet was supposedly in stock but I still had to wait until Dec. for installation. I told salesperson it was important that the settled-on 12/12 delivery date be honored b/c I had assessors coming on 12/14 and the house needed to be finished by then. Then, nothing but crickets. Finally, I call on 12/11 to see what the status is and what time they're coming on 12/12. No installers available I'm told after being transferred 3 or 4 times and having to call back twice. I keep seeing that Lowe's wants to assist their customers however, this is a COMPLETE LIE! Back in August, my ice maker failed and I used Lowe's service provider to come and fix it. They took two months to fix the fridge and when the repairman finally came with the part, he was an hour late to the appointment. I very politely told him that it was an inappropriate time (6:30 pm), and because I was alone in the house (my husband was away on business), I didn't feel comfortable having my fridge worked on so late. During the Thanksgiving Black Friday's Sale, I order on the Lowe's Website a General Electric, 4 Elements 5-cu ft Freestanding Black Electric Range on Sale for $389. When I placed the order I paid an extra $20.00 for them to haul my old stove back. On my order confirmation, it stated a Delivery Date of Saturday, December 7, 2019, between 8:00 am and 08:00 pm. They delivered the wrong washing machine. They flooded my laundry area when they removed the wrong washing machine. They have rescheduled delivery of the correct machine 3 times. No machine. No reason It just keeps getting cancelled. No compensation for my inconvenience. No apologies. Blame on subcontracted delivery. Do NOT use this store. Do NOT use Lowe's period. Corporate has done nothing. Useless

Had many problems with floor installation, including a toilet leak caused by installation that wasn't fixed for two weeks. Too many subcontractors of subcontractors who wouldn't take responsibility, as well as corporate that didn't take responsibility. I would never use them again!
