I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG FRIDGE IN 2017 WITH LOWES WARRANTY, WITH MY MILITARY DISCOUNT (WHICH THEY DO NOT GIVE ANYMORE WHEN ITEM IS ON SALE) FOR OVER $2400. I HAVE HAD SERVICE 4 TIMES ON THE ICEMAKER (5TH TIME THIS WEEK) WHEN I CALLED LAST WEEK FOR MY 5TH SERVICE CALL & THE WARRANTY DEPT TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO DO A BUYOUT, GAVE ME A CLAIM NUMBER & SAID I'D GET $2200 RETURNED ONCE ALL SETTLED. I bought LED Christmas lights from Lowe's last December...lights were used less then six weeks...went to reinstall this year and multiple strands were not working...called the 1800 number and it was a Lowe's store exclusive product...they told me they would need 7 days to reach out to the manufacturer...I explained that Christmas is only 6 weeks away and I needed a faster resolution...they suggested I return to the store...went to the store and they told me there was nothing they would do regardless of the fact it was their ... read more

If you want to get help at lowes to order a fence make sure to expect to wait about an hour to get help at the store. And if you want your fence to be built and ordered correctly ( that being said, that Lowes actually follows up with Manufacturing with fence material that it is measured right), Make sure to expect that to take a month to get built or even put up! Stay far away from lowes. They will take your money without you knowing, keep it for well over a month+, then return it with no explanation. We bought two sale items, & paid for a box truck delivery. $1000 on my debit card, the rest on my wife's debit card. They were unable to deliver it by hand or over the fence by crane truck, & the two items never left the store, so we went back to get a refund, the $1k to my card, the rest to the wife's card. Lowe's online orders charge your credit card TWICE!!!!! Once to hold the item and again when you pick it up. Eventually they'll take the $ of the hold but when you're dealing with thousands of dollars it is enormously UNETHICAL!! BBB - You should do something about this gigantic *****!!! I purchased an LG washer, dryer, and storage pedestal on November 5. It originally stated that one of the items will be delivered on 11/8/19. So I took the day off to wait for the delivery. I had to call Lowe's after the delivery window was missed and Lowe's failed to mention that a third party delivery service was going to confirm the delivery with me or that the delivery date is wrong on their order confirmation emails. We have had a refrigerator we bought from Lowe's in Statesboro Ga. We bought an extended warranty for this purchase. It stopped working over a month ago and to this day, it is still not fixed! Without a refrigerator for over a month is inexcusable while the corporate office decides what to do. We will never purchase appliances from Lowe's, their service is not worth a hill of beans!
