Love this place. Always find what I need. I have a Lowe's credit card. Extra 5% off. People are friendly. Especially Joe!!
Went to Lowes on November 5th and looked at new carpet. Found the carpet we wanted. Salesman took our information, item number and gave a estimate. I'm not going into the detail of the latter sent to Lowes and the BBB. But there was a $300.00 hike from what was quoted one day to the next.
Couldn't find any help. Tried flagging some guys down they kept walking. So I left.
Dreadful! Unreliable! Horrible customer service. Stay away from lower. I know I will be.
