The staff is a skeleton crew. It takes a long time to get help and so much longer if they have to do something besides tell you where something might be. I found it worse on Tuesday. Apparently they got in a load and made it clear they were busy with that and not customer service. I caught attitude from one guy I asked a question. This is the worst Lowes I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. They make home depot look good. They leave the lumber carts out in the parking lot. Very unhelpful. Couldn't find ANYONE to help- had to go up to the front to ask for help. They didn't know what I needed- I HAD THE PART. Didn't want to do their job! This is the reason I go elsewhere !! Idiots!!!

If you special order anything from Lowe's you just might wish you went somewhere else. I have made 3 special orders in the last 8 months. All have turned out poorly. If you are like me, when you order building material it is related to another task. You have a schedule. Some steps are more important than others but a delay in one delays the entire project.
