I think there are areas of improvement. I love lowes but customer service is not the best with some cashiers and employees.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! No carts available, no employees would help me. I had to hand carry fiberglass panels to the front while my 2 kids carried the other items. Even when checking out, the man standing there looks at me, then looks at a male customer and says "I'll be right with you sir". Well FU lowes for treating your female customers that way! I hope someone slaps you with a lawsuit for what ever reason because this store is horrible!
Customer service lacking in every way to the point of rude and disrespectful!!
I'm disappointed today because usually I get great customer service from lowes. I regularly spend over $100 almost every time I'm in lowes which is very very often. I asked 4 separate employees the same question to locate an item. All pointed in the general direction and acted like they were too busy to help or gave me a different answer. But I'm not gonna let one bad experience change how I feel about a store.
The biggest run around I have ever experienced. Delivery: horrible. Salesperson: false promises. Manager: sarcastic and rude. I simply want to buy a fridge and have it delivered since it was out of stock. I don't want lies about their stock, delivery delays, delivery guys attempting to schedule drop off at 11 pm, and managers telling my husband he is over reacting. I learned my lesson the hard way. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.
Horrible customer service and very Rude! Frequent shopper and have issues everytime. Not just a 1 time event
