Frustrated. had to order a faucet that they did not have in stock, but on display. 7-10 days. was in store 8 days later and check status. told it was there and go to CS. they called to have someone get it for me. after waiting 15 minutes, I went and got MY faucet off retail shelf myself. it was the only one there and they were going to sell it to the next customer without notifying me it came it. management needs to get it together if they want my business. Worst experience getting my dryer fixed! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy appliances that will actually show up to work on them!

Attention ladies!! While trying to purchase some sheets of plywood today at the Hot Springs Lowes, I encountered an employee by the name of Martin who was not happy at all to assist me in getting my plywood off the shelf. When I asked him "do you treat all customers this badly or just the women?" He replied " do you want the truth?" I said "yes I do" Martin then said " When men come in here, they know what they need." Expensive compared to other retailers, but employees are always helpful and professional. Disappointed in Lowe's corporate that they only give their employees a 10% discount. That's not right.
Best place for lumber and good prices on home appliances
I have been calling Lowe’s continuously for 20 minutes and went around and around in their call que and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I tried different departments to see if I could get anyone in any department.
