We are now on 3hrs of customer service/installation calls and 3rd visit to a store. We purchased 2 ceiling fans and had to return both due to them not working. This one the manager said we should have installed by Lowe’s service and promised to have it done that weekend or Monday. It is Tuesday now, we are being told we are scheduled for the 5th ( next week) but don’t have an installer assigned so may be longer. I use left this store and told a lady working the exit door why No more than half the customers in the store were wearing masks. The longer that I was in there, the more of them I saw. I would turn and back up to try to get away from them only to run into two or three more. It’s the worst retail store I have seen in central AR. The lady I spoke to said “we can’t mandate it”. It is an absolute joke. The company I work for buys tons of stuff from here and is took me 11/2 hours to get 5 4x12 pcs of Sheetrock. If there was a Home Depot in town you would be out of business.
They treat their customers terrible and management will not talk to you.
Working in a customer service industry, I will provide positive feedback to a company. Unfortunately I only have a negative comment about Loew’s in Hot Springs, AR. I placed an order online Saturday. EVERYTHING IN THE STORE THATS WHERE I GET EVERYTHING I NEED FROM DEEP FREEZERS TO BUILDING MATERIALS
OK, it’s the ONLY find-almost-anything big box HW store in town.....So we’ve done quite a bit of business over the last few months as we remodel our house, add a shop and a bit of landscaping all at once. In store purchases work well enough. But the online order with in-home delivery is a disaster beyond basic UPS delivery. Anything involving local store to your site delivery is a disaster. Proceed with caution - you’ve been warned.
