They need to teach their guys to help loading heavy items on the carts. Seen several times when it was a man and woman loading 3/4 plywood and they would just walk by and offer no help at all. Shame on them!!!!
Terrible management and customer service levels has been declining. They had refurbished items on the floor sitting since February 20 that when I asked to talk to someone abut purchasing them they said i can buy it and take it then said i can't because it doesn't have price tag. Appliances manager or store manager built terrible team. I dont how how they can keep their jobs working in sales floor and profiling people.
Worst Customer Service Ever
At 3pm today a new GE dryer was delivered. At 10pm I put the first load in. The door doesn’t shut firmly enough to register as closed. It hasn’t even worked for a single load.
2 times in 3 days Hot Springs, AR store by had empty sanitizer wipes dispenser at the front door. both time to girl at customer service and both times told "Ya I know", and smiles. tried texting number on web site and reply was it doesn't work please call inventory sucks. what's on web site is not what's in store and location is wrong most of the time.
