I must say, customer service here is very bad!!! I asked for help from 4 different employees and not one would help! Ended up loading the wood by ourselves and then loading again n our truck!! Spent a lot of time and money here to be treated so poorly!!!
Had to load 4X6X12's by myself, store employee set down the lumber and then walked away after I told him how many I needed. Very disappointed in the service today.
I bought several different colors of paint. The paint associate was polite n very knowledgeable. I had a quick and enjoyable experience! Thank you Lowes!
Garden center opened 2 hours late...poor customer service and all staff had attitudes! Need new management! Lost my business!!!!

I was at your store 8 times this weekend and each time I had to request help. We are building a house and have spent over $10000 just this last month alone. I was helped with pleasure only about 1/2 the time. The remaining half I was made to feel that I was a bother to them. I will brag on Donna Keith who stayed after she was off the clock to help me pick out my new vanities & tops.
