Stop lying to customers about the availability/timelines of items for sale. Purchased a dishwasher & refrigerator over a month ago. Took 2 weeks for the frig & I was just told that the dishwasher is on back order from the vendor. Not what they told me last week or the week before.
My parents and I were there on Saturday August 4th; purchased 2 sheets of plywood. Pulled in loading area, employee was waiting with my dad, another customer asked him for help so he left to help, didn’t mind waiting since I was getting my mom and her walker loaded. Turned around and the employee was no longer there, my 81 year old father and I loaded the plywood when we were finished the employee came out! Bought a dryer online Monday and they said next day delivery. Today is Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything. I emailed and have not gotten a response. I text and was told by text they were transferring me but that was 30 minutes ago and no response. I called the store and no answer. I called the 800 number and no answer. Will be talking to a manager tomorrow at the store. This will definitely keep me from buying there again. Very poor service.
Jody Sanders and Brenda Berg are awesome. I had been having almost a month of disasters with a major appliance purchase and delivery. They are the reason I have changes my thoughts of Lowes. I was wanting to give them a 1 star and now changed to a 4 star rating. I hope that their appliance department gets better if not.. They will continue to have low star rating. Seriously highly satisified with Jody and Brenda . thanks ladies!!!!
I ordered a dryer on the website because it said next day local delivery. Contacted scheduling and they are telling me a week. I will let everyone know and will be seeking a refund.
