Met with Stan in Pro Services to get help with replacement flooring and countertops for our recently flooded kitchen! He was awesome!
When to go buy a dryer today that says in stock online. Come to find all stackable dryers where SOLD OUT. The employee said not to ever trust the online availably. Ended up going to best buy to buy one and it will be installed free of charge.

They have very good customer service and they ppl in flooring (Ryan) answered my questions and was very helpful.
customer service stinks, online pick up is a joke, CSRs are rude, need better maintenance of website to store inventory. I used to love shipping here, now I dread it almost as much as Wal-Mart.
Absolutely terrible. Had the worst experience at the Lowes in Hot Springs. Bought special order carpet to have installed. The crew that came was terrible, carpet was hanging out of the back of the truck almost dragging the ground. I didn’t get the services I paid for, they messed up my floors, emptied trash on my driveway and swept their dirt and leftover in my bathrooms and shut the doors. My young children found razor blades all over the house and there is what fees like the lid of a scoal can under my carpet in one room. ... read more
