worst customer service. Asked 2 employees today if I could purchase a lot of bags of bark and then drive through the outdoor loading area to pick up. both employees said I could. once I purchased, another employee said the store manager decided this morning that the outdoor loading area isn't open today so I will have to load them myself from the back of the store. no offer of help given from the 3 employees standing there. pitiful.
Bad customer service! Purchased windows and sliding door to be installed by Lowes, windows were installed but door was damaged from supplier. 4 months later still no door, have been told several times the new door was there then told it wasn't, was told it had already been installed (it hadn't). After like 3 months of calling and getting transferred from one voicemail and associate to another I find out the damaged door was still there and hadn't been sent back and so the su… See more

There delivery service is absolutely horrible. Ordered 25 fence panels that were susposed to be delivered On the 27th and was rescheduled for today (without our knowledgeof it being rescheduled)No phone call no email absolutely nothing, but there site says they were delivered Friday. I have had nothing but issues with this order. I will never order from them again.

RecommendedCustomer Service is the best I have ever seen. The ladies are very friendly and have always been of great help. My Grandson and I look forward to greeting them every time we visit the store.

Why did I get 3 notifications this item was here and ready for pickup and it was not?! I called the store twice and told it was and twice to pick it up and it wasn't. Called the 3rd time and was told AGAIN if I got a message then it was ready. Once the young lady got on the phone and told me no it was there and didnt even ask my name or number. seriously, need to do some IMPROVEMENT on your customer service
