My mother had major issues with a Maytag/Whirlpool washer after 1 1/2 years of purchasing it. So, she purchased another one just like it hoping the whole situation was just a fluke. Well, she’s had this washer for not even four months before it crapped out.....Three separate times! We’d call the warranty from Lowe’s and they couldn’t get a part in for a MONTH! RecommendedFriendly group of employees, usually have what I need.
The employees are hateful,threatening and homophobic. My money will not be paying for her check. Buyers be aware with who is taking your money.
We are now on 3hrs of customer service/installation calls and 3rd visit to a store. We purchased 2 ceiling fans and had to return both due to them not working. This one the manager said we should have installed by Lowe’s service and promised to have it done that weekend or Monday. It is Tuesday now, we are being told we are scheduled for the 5th ( next week) but don’t have an installer assigned so may be longer. RecommendedToday we tried the Curb Pickup for the first time. Everything was great except for the wait for them to bring out my order. We waited about 35 minutes. As a note, the parking spot time limit was 15 minutes. Sitting in the car for 35 minutes is easier than walking thru the store, but I would expect a little quicker service. Over-all, still a great experience.
