Buy allowing customers to by the items they need, when they need it. I went there to buy a Kobalt table saw for $349.00, but the only one they had in the store was the display table saw. I was ok with buying the display, however tbe store manager refused to. She expained her decision by saying that without the display model on the floor that no one would want to buy one that is not in stock. Cant tell you the truth. No customer service skills. After order and paid for do not get product in store when promised. Will not shop or enter a Lowes ever again
I ordered hinges and some lumber. The box was broken when it was delivered. some of the lumber was broken, and not all of it was there. Only one of the five sets of hinges were still in the box. I have not been able to get through to customer service anywhere. I would not buy from Lowes again.
NEVER SHOP HERE MY MOTHER SPENT $4,500 ON BUSTED AWFUL GRANITE COUNTERTOP BACK AT CHRISTMAS AND IT IS ALMOST MAY AN THE JOB IT STILL NOT REPAIRED, NO COMPENSATION, AND MINIMAL RESPONSES FROM LOWES. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CORPERATE. THE INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.
Worst customer experience of my life. Don’t order anything from the online sight unless you want to wait at least a month. The store has no idea when things have been ordered online, or when it shows up. You’ll do all the work, they don’t even answer your he phone. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to Home Depot or Menards.

The customer service that I received was horrible. I left and went to the Torrance location and had a better experience.
Was treated very rudely by a supposedly manager wrong sign on summer chairs when I got to register and price was questioned he made me feel like I did it and was yelling at me he would not honor sign I work in retail and you don’t talk to customers like he did was very embarrassing in front of other customers had bought a table and I returned it because of his attitude I have shredded my Lowe’s card very unprofessional experience
