Rude front end associates left a bad taste in my mouth and steered my car ALL the way across the street to Home Depot.
I wanted a specific dishwasher that had an LED light inside of it when you opened the door. I asked the salesperson several times if I would be able to get that particular dishwasher and I was assured each time that I asked him that I could. It was a special order. The dishwasher also had clear signage on the display that said it could be purchased with this LED light. RecommendedI don’t have a problem with the location. But that crabby customer service lady you have working in the afternoons needs to go. Twice I’ve had to deal with her, and she just doesn’t make the cut. If you’re going to get short with your customers and talk to them like idiots over the phone, then you’re in the wrong line of work.
Long wait times. Several years ago I bought a washer and dryer. I had to wait about 2 months for delivery. Now I ordered a screen door on line to be delivered this was about two months ago. I ordered this in winter hoping to have it by the promised delivery time of 3/27 it is now 4/29. I am done with Lowe's and can not recommend this store to others.

Worst customer service EVER , no one is ever around to help , and if they are around they ignore you when you ask for help , they just walk by you ... so crazy , never experienced a store like this .. my online order still wasn’t ready after a day (when It was supposed to be ready the same day , so I went and got it off the shelve myself ( a nice customer helped me load on the cart ) and a Lowe’s employee walked right by my car as he saw me struggling to load into my car (dock boxes ) I said “excuse me , do you mind helping ... read more
RecommendedThis store has never disappointed! The staff is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well organized. I would recommend this location to my family and friends for any of their home improvement needs.
RecommendedI just want to give a big thank you to Aidan, who was our cashier on 4-23-2021. He appeared to be the only person working, he called twice to get me help to load purchases in my car, he turned his cash off to help a trainee cashier and then ran out to load my purchases himself. He was very pleasant and had great customer service.
