Delivery service absolutely terrible- no delivery, no reason why when I actually reached a life person. lied about rescheduled service. still no real answers. Aweful and frustrating. Delivery service a joke- guess BBB will have to help. better yet, getting refund and taking business elsewhere.
RecommendedI just wanted to comment on associate named James whom was working at the tool section on this day 04/11/2021. He provided great level of service and product knowledge. It is always difficult to find good help. However, James approached me almost immediately and asked me if I needed any assistance. Will never shop there ever went in gave cash for a refrigerator supost to deliver twice never made it so my food all went bad didn't care manager said he would call me back yes never happen !!! Never again

Placed an online order for curbside pickup at 9 in the morning. Never did get an e-Mail that my order was ready. Checked status through the app and it says it’s ready for pick-up. Get to the store, check in...and WAIT FOR AN HOUR AN 5 minutes for my order. I’ve got two words for you guys... Home Depot. I will never come back to Lowe’s ever again.

Most horrible customer service. I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again. I waited two weeks for blinds without any calls - I had to call them for updates. Was quoted vastly different prices, and then told that they cannot cut blinds in-house. Still have no blinds. Was not refunded my money. Contacted their corporate office with no response back. Terrible, terrible service.
