Don't buy anything they have to deliver or install. Bought a washer and dryer from here. The order was lost on a truck, nobody knew where it went or could give a date a new one would be delivered. Price gouging lumber, no customer service, and bad leadership
I feel so sorry the return desk employee is trying her best to call for assistance and no one is showing up to assist. Not a single manager has come forward and there are 10 people in line waiting and growing. Typically this store isn’t such a problem but Debra is doing her best with no help and more people walking up. Not sure where the manager is but she needs help.
Bought a garbage disposal at Lowe’s on Sunday, was told it would be installed in 48 hours. This was very important to us because our kitchen sink is clogged. The first plumber that contacted us told us he could fit us in, in 2 weeks! We called Lowe’s & go to hell & back to get an appointment for today at 3:00, well it’s 5:00 & the guy is a no show & they told us they couldn’t call him! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in retail. They were the only ones in town with a fridge I needed. Took 45 mins to get someone on the phone just to order it. A few weeks later I noticed the delivery address was wrong so I had to call back to correct it. Took about an hour to get someone on the phone.
