I saw that you hired an individual that requires his service dog in order to obtain a job, due to PTSD, seizures or whatever the medical cause may be. As a RN that lives in NC I may never be in your area to shop, but I wanted to commend your store, management, as well as the company for understanding that there are many individuals that would LOVE to work, but are denied for various situations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I will share this with my family and friends that live in the TX area.

I am quite far away in SC & will likely never visit the store in Abilene. But I still had to comment on this story going viral. So many Vets WANT to work but struggle with even operating vehicles, leaving their homes or a myriad of other debilitating problems. They are stuck between wanting to have a purposeful life and managing their own struggles with PTSD. You have given this Vet renewed hope. I really hope you understand how much that means.
