Visited this store. Customer service is horrible. I was looking at glass tile, and they were out of it, ask if they could get the display down for us to be able to is the match it up with flooring. They stated they could not do that if we wanna see it we just have to special order it.. Horrible service. Order for instore pick up same day and they called said they needed it from another store. A week later they called said it was in and its still not in! Horrible service

I ordered a washer and dryer online. Said it would arrive at the Mansfield Ohio store in 3 days. Perfect. Checked out and everything was good. After 3 days I checked the order status which bumped it to 14 days. Whatever that’s fine. After the 14 days I got the ready for pickup at that morning. The worst customer service!! I had flooring installed three weeks ago and they ordered the incorrect material to complete the job. I have been trying to chase them down with numerous calls and emails to find out when this job will be completed. In the meantime I'm living with a mess. Don't use Lowe's for flooring!
