Tried to buy a drill today. Waited over 25 min for someone to unlock the door. Then I had to wait for him to drop off my drill to the cashier which he never did as he decided to start helping someone else. I asked for a manager and apparently there were none. They brought a supervisor who was unhelpful and rude earlier so I just left without buying the drill. I'll have to go somewhere else to buy it . I ordered a washer & dryer from this Lowe's for it to be delivered on 9/10 (it's on my receipt as well). It's the day of and I haven't received a confirmation of delivery so I call the store. They changed it to be delivered on 9/11 without letting me know or confirming it with me! Now the net delivery date won't be until 9/14. I am beyond mad and upset with them about this. Normally I would say I have a Lotta great things to say about the store I’ve had lots of things done here. Right now I can’t say something positive it’s going on forfive months I’ve lost track and I still have not been able to get my bathroom vanity installed that’s all I want. Lowe’s has become the saddest store. I’ve left this sorry place so many times, disappointed, without buying anything. But every few months, I give you another chance. But it’s getting worse. unfortunately im renovating 2 houses. one in Tn and one in Fl. Doing any exchange you can forget it. Management will not help. you can explain the situation it a loading of bull. I have sent si much $$$ with them and they still cant even deliver. its been 2 years of the crap.
Lowe’s attempted to deliver our two sets of sliding doors to our home where we lived 7 yrs ago! None of our paper work has that old address. Still haven’t heard back from anyone.
